At our facility, we offer a wide range of featured programs to help you reach your fitness goals. Our grappling and striking classes will teach you the fundamentals of martial arts while building strength and coordination. We also offer a variety of fitness classes that combine aerobic exercises with strength training for maximum calorie burning.

Grappling

Grappling is a form of martial arts that focuses on close combat without using weapons. It involves techniques such as joint locks, chokes, holds, and throws to control one’s opponent and gain the upper hand in a fight. Grappling can be both sports-based or self-defense depending on its purpose. The objective of grappling is to gain dominance over an opponent by using leverage, technique and body position to overpower them through physical strength.

Striking

Striking is a form of self-defense that uses physical force to defend against an attack or altercation. It involves using fists, feet, elbows, and other parts of the body to strike an opponent with the aim of incapacitating them. Striking can be used in both offensive and defensive scenarios; for instance, in a fight, striking can be used to knock an opponent down, while in a self-defense situation, striking can be employed to repel an attacker.

Fitness

Fitness is an important part of any self-defense system, as it helps to increase overall strength and agility. Fitness activities such as cardio, strength training, stretching, and aerobic exercises can help to increase physical ability, endurance, and flexibility. Regularly engaging in these activities can also help to reduce stress and improve mental focus. With regular exercise, you will be more physically and mentally prepared to handle any situation.
